Sindh minister says govt committed to uproot corruption

LARKANA (SANA): Sindh Minister for Anti Corruption and Enquires Abdul Haq Bhurrt Friday said that the present PPP government was trying utmost to eradicate the corruption from the society.

Addressing a ‘Khuli Katchehry’ Jinnah Bagh Larkana, he said the problems of the down trodden people will be solved at their door steps and the basic facilities will also be provided to the people at gross root level.

On the occasion, the Minister assured the people of Larkana that all their problems and complaints were raised in Open Katchery will be addressed; he directed all the head of different departments that the problems of Government employees should be resolved without any delay.

The Minister said that it is the time to be united and strengthen the PPP at gross root level by the resolution of the problems of common men, so that the democratic system in the country may become strong, he said that some rejected political leaders, they failed in the general elections and now trying to destabilize the democratic system in the country.

The Minister said that the Peoples Party Government is committed to complete the mission of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and party manifesto will be implemented in later and spirit.

The Khuli Katchery was largely attended by the PPP leaders including Khair Muhammad Shaikh, Barkat Ali Shaikh large number of PPP workers prominent citizens and concerned officers of different departments including EDO Revenue Asad-u-llah Abro.

Earlier the Minister visited at Garhi Khuda Bux Bhutto and offered the fateha on the Mazars of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, Shaheed Zulifqar Ali Bhutto, Shaheed Mir Murtaza Bhutto, Shaheed Shah Nawaz Bhutto and late Ameer Begum Bhutto, and laid the floral wreathes on the Mazars of the Shuhda.

Later, the Minister held a meeting of circle Officers of Anti Corruption Establishment Department of Larkana region at Deputy Director Anti Corruption Office Larkana.

During the meeting the Deputy Director Anti Corruption Establishment Larkana Fakhar-u-Din Ahmad Abro briefed the Minister regarding the performance of the department and pointed out the problems of the field offices of Anti Corruption
Establishment in Larkana region, the Minister directed the circle officers that without fear and favour, they perform their duties with dedication and register the cases against the defaulters and provide relief and justice to the real complainants, under the relevant laws, after completing all legal formalities to arrest the guilty parsons without any delay.
