LONDON (SANA): Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain advised President Asif Ali Zardari to quit his office if needed to avoid derailing of the democratic system in the country.
According to private TV , London-based chief of junior coalition partner of ruling Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has asked President Zardari of not to let derail the ongoing democratic process and save the system by offering “every possible sacrifice including quitting the office of the presidency”, party sources confirmed the newsmen.
Hussain further said that “NRO-like black law” should not be tabled before the Parliament and if it was done MQM will oppose it.
However, the party would formulate its strategy on the issue in the meeting of coordination committee presently being underway at Karachi and London simultaneously, party sources added.
MQM would announce its stance on the issue once it was endorsed by party Chief Altaf Hussain, the channel said.
The conspirators are once again proactive against Zardari. In the period of one and a half year of rule they used all the non-sense tactics to remove Zardari but failed.
