SC to resume PCO judges case hearing today
ISLAMABAD (SANA): Five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan will resume hearing of the contempt of court cases against Nov 3, 2007 PCO judges including Justice (retd) Abdul Hameed Dogar today (Monday).
The PCO judges by violating the verdict of seven-member larger bench of the SC headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had taken oath under the Pervez Musharraf Nov 3, 2007 PCO.
Five-member bench headed by Justice Khalil-ur-Rehman Ramday and comprising Justice Raja Fayyaz Ahmed, Justice Nasirul Mulk, Justice Jawwad S Khawaja and Justice Ghulam Rabbani will resume the hearing of the contempt of court cases today (Monday).
