Six terrorist killed in Swat and Malakand: ISPR
ISLAMABAD, (SANA): At least six terrorists have been killed while 11 others were apprehended during Search and clearance operations in Swat and Malakand, Army said on Saturday.
Security forces conducted search operation at a village Gul and Gul Shah near Sam Shin and destroyed three terrorists’ houses, two bunkers and apprehended four terrorists, ISPR said.
Security forces demolished the hideout of a known terrorist Rasheed at Chinala.
Security forces carried out search operation at village Dandial near Thakot and killed terrorist Khurshid. Security forces also carried out search operation at Banpur Sar near Tiligram and apprehended seven suspects from Barpursar.
Security forces carried out search operation at Thana area and killed five terrorists during exchange fire.
Security forces carried out search operation at village Sripao, Nambatai near Lal Qila and recovered 15 kg explosive including IED accessories from a mosque.
Over 275,283 cash cards have been distributed amongst the IDPs of Malakand.
