Pakistan to take measures to counter terrorism :Barrister Sultan

MIRPUR (SANA): Head of the Peoples Muslim League(PML) Azad Kashmir and former Prime Minister, Barrister Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry has said that the terrorists have no religion and are engaged in distorting, globally, the image of Pakistan through their heinous activities.

Talking to media here, he called upon the government to adopt the path of consulations with all political leadership of Pakistan to counter the propaganda against our nuclear programme and long standing Kashmir dispute.

Sultan Mehmood Chaudhry said that a just solution to the Kashmir issue can only guarantee peaceful environment in South Asia.

Later on, sultan Mehmood said that the government should take proper measures to foil conspiracy against the country and to counter terrorism in Pakistan.

Talking about the Kashmir issue, he stressed on both India and Pakistan that without the participation of Kashmiris local leadership a durable settlement of Kashmir dispute is impossible.

He also said that PML would never stop its efforts to solve the issue in accordance with the aspirations of the Kashmiris.

He offered deep condolences over the death of mother of Press Club Ex-President Muhammad Amin Butt.
