ATC charges nine arrested persons for Surgeon killing
RAWALPINDI (SANA): Justice Sukhi Muhammad of Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) Rawalpindi has charged nine arrested accused for killing of an army surgeon Lt General Hafiz Mushtaq Baig in a suicide attack.
The outlaws were charged for possessing heavy explosive material, motorcycle and others deadly weapons, whereas the outlaws refused to accept the charge s against them, moreover the court has also write down the statements of a police official Farooq, witness of RA bazaar suicide attack on a Army Medical College (AMC) bus .
The court ordered that, all witness and the respondent would report in the court in the next hearing.
