ANP responsible for turmoil created by Taliban: Altaf
LONDON (SANA) : Muttahida Qaumi Movement ( MQM ) leader Altaf Hussain has termed Awami National Party (ANP) responsible for the turmoil created by Taliban in Swat and the other areas of NWFP.
According to a statement issued here on Tuesday, he said that ANP could not adopt a solid stand regarding the implementation of Nizam-e-Adl in Swat and the other areas of the NWFP.
He further said that the ANP was responsible for violation of NAR as ANP handed over the innocent Pathans of Swat, Buner, Dir and the other areas of NWFP to the brutal Taliban.
He urged the Pathans to leave ANP and form their own groups to preserve their traditions.
He said that even today true Pathans not only believe in the teachings of Khushhal Khan Khattak, Rehman Baba and Bacha khan but they are also ready for sacrificing their lives on the teachings of their forefathers.
MQM would fully support the steadfast Pathans, he added.
