Hoti announces three-day mourning in NWFP
PESHAWAR (SANA): Chief Minister NWFP Amir Haider Hoti announced a three-day mourning in province over death of MPA Alamzeb Khan here on Wednesday.
In a statement issued here, the Chief Minister expressed deep shock and grief over killing of Alamzeb Khan and declared it great loss for Pakhtuns as well as the Awami National Party (ANP).
Hoti further said that the death of Alamzeb Khan has created a large vacuum in the party.
Meanwhile, ANP chief Asfandyar Wali Khan also expressed profound grief on his tragic death and termed it an irreparable loss for the party.
Miscreants and anti-state elements want to destabilize the Pakhtun’s region, he said, adding that they would not take succeed in achieving their nefarious designs.
